The battle for the Land Grant Trophy has been locked in.
Penn State and Michigan State will kickoff a 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 15, with the game airing on CBS. The Big Ten announced the start times for the Week 12 game on Monday, Nov. 3, and the contest was designated to CBS on Sunday, Nov. 9.
Iowa at UCLA was also in the mix for the CBS slot, but with both losing this week, they were relegated to BTN.
It will be the fifth time the Nittany Lions have appeared in the middle window, along with games against Nevada, Villanova, UCLA and Northwestern, and it’ll be their third appearance on CBS.
Following the Nittany Lions’ loss to the Hoosiers while the Spartans were on a bye, both teams will enter as 3-6 squads fighting to remain bowl eligible. Penn State owns a marginal 19-18-1 advantage in the all-time series and currently hold the rivalry trophy after winning the most recent matchup in 2023, 42-0.
