Penn State has added another piece to its touted 2026 recruiting class. Isaac Chukwurah, a defensive lineman from Bear, Delaware’s Caravel Academy, announced his commitment to the Nittany Lions on Tuesday.
The 6-foot-4, 250-pound Chukwurah made his decision just a week after receiving a Penn State offer. He held offers from Virginia Tech, Boston College and others.
Chukwurah becomes the 12th member of a recruiting class that ranks No. 7 nationally by 247Sports. Rated the No. 3 overall prospect in Delaware this cycle in 247’s composite rankings, he joins four-star edge rusher Daniel Jennings as the second defensive lineman in the group.
Chukwurah’s commitment comes just 10 days after the Nittany Lions landed four-star Nazareth quarterback Peyton Falzone, a key addition to the program’s future.
Other intriguing prospects within the class include top-100 recruits Matt Sieg, a safety, and offensive lineman Kevin Brown.
