Penn State will be returning to the late kickoff window in two weeks.
The Nittany Lions’ matchup against Minnesota on Nov. 14 at Beaver Stadium will kick off at either 7 p.m. EST on Fox Sports 1 or 7:30 p.m. on NBC, the Big Ten announced on Monday. The other game in contention for both those spots is Purdue at Iowa.
It’ll mark the third night game of head coach Matt Campbell’s inaugural season, following an 8 p.m. kickoff at Northwestern and 7:30 p.m. start time for the White Out against USC. A potential 7 p.m. start time would mark the seventh different kickoff time for Penn State this season.
The Nittany Lions are 4-4 and 1-4 in Big Ten play to open the year, with a 3:30 p.m. EST matchup at Washington before returning home to face the Golden Gophers. Meanwhile, Minnesota welcomes No. 5 UCLA on Saturday before heading to Beaver Stadium.
