Penn State alumna Lisa Salters, a sideline reporter for two of ESPN’s biggest sports properties – the NFL’s ”Monday Night Football” and NBA games on ESPN and ABC — will be the featured speaker in the final program of the 2023-2204 Penn State Forum speaker series.
Salters, a 1988 broadcast journalism graduate and former Penn State basketball player, will discuss her career journey on Friday, March 29, in Presidents Hall of the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center. The event will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The forum series is modeled after the National Press Club Speaker Series and includes a buffet-style luncheon and Salters’ presentation, followed by audience questions. It is open to faculty, staff, students and the general public. Tickets for the Penn State Forum are still available, at $25 each, or $250 for a table of 10, and include.
