There is a certain rhythm to life that can be both scary and reassuring.
The busier we are and the older we get, the faster the world seems to careen past us.
Life’s mile-markers – seasons, holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, vacations – help take us from one year to the next, often in the blink of an eye.
And for many in the working world, there are the rhythms of the job. For those of us at Town&Gown, it’s the publication cycle. Nothing makes time fly like a deadline. One minute we’re hustling to get the January magazine out the door – and, seemingly just a few days later, here we are, wrapping up the December issue.
Once again this year, we share on this page a year’s worth of Town&Gown covers as we reflect on another year about to go in the books.
