John D. Hanna and Scott E. Hanna of Continental Real Estate Management, Inc. are pleased to announce their new partner and company stockholder, Geoff P. Reyes.
Geoff Reyes is an accomplished executive who brings 14 years of experience in property operations, strategy and business transformation to Continental Real Estate and the Centre Region. Geoff has a proven track record of delivering expert solutions to real estate stakeholders by leveraging his strengths in continuous improvement, data and analytics, and leadership.
Geoff joins us from Jones Lang LaSalle (“JLL”) where, as a Senior Vice President, he led a large and diverse team of real estate services experts across the globe which consisted of more than 4,000 commercial properties, 50 million square feet of space, and annual budgets in excess of $500 million. He’s held leadership roles in Construction Project Management, Facility Operations, and Procurement.
Having worked directly with many notable organizations around the world, including Bank of America, UnitedHealth Group, Microsoft, Intel, Google, Boeing, and numerous other Fortune 500 companies, Geoff is excited to share his expertise with us, and stated, “I’m looking forward to bringing best practices and new ways of thinking to Continental Real Estate to help advance our ability to serve our property owners, tenants, and residential associations.”
A native of Boalsburg, Geoff moved back to the area with his wife and two sons in August 2020, after 16 years living and working in Los Angeles. He is a graduate of State College Area High School and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Logistics and International Business from Penn State, and his MBA from the University of California-Irvine. Additionally, he is a Six-Sigma Black Belt (Black & Decker University) and a PMI Project Management Professional. Looking forward to this new chapter with Continental, Geoff added, “I’m grateful for my professional experiences all over the world. They have helped shape my appreciation for Centre County.”
