Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts

The Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts has issued the Call for Entries for its Children and Youth Sidewalk Sale, a signature event of the annual arts festival in State College.

Last week was a big one for festivals in Centre County — and for local recycling efforts.

Rick Bryant, who has served as executive director of the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts since 2005, works year-round with a small crew to pull off the major annual event every July.
