Carter James Allis, was born silent on November 27, 2024, surrounded by his loving parents. He was the deeply treasured and longed-for son of Ty Allis and Bobbi Jo Lipscomb of Howard.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Lipscomb, and two brothers, Jeremiah Lipscomb and Noah Allis, grandparents, Ruth and Robert Etters and Christy Burchell, and great grandmother, Mary Alexander. Also surviving are numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, James Burchell.
Family and close friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 11:00am, at Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc., 206 N. Spring Street, Bellefonte.
