Elizabeth Loretta “Lizzie” Francis, 57, of State College, died Sunday, May 10, 2026, at home surrounded by her loving family.
Born July 27, 1968, in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Charles M. and Elizabeth A. Walsh Jacovina. On April 26, 2023 she married Gary Francis, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by a son, William Francis of State College, sisters Patricia Jacovina and Krista Jacovina, and brother Charles Jacovina.
Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m., Saturday, May 23, 2026 at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 S. Atherton St., State College, PA. A memorial service will follow at 6 pm, Saturday, May 23, 2026 at Koch Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the National MS Society, Autism Society of America or St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital.
