Clifford R. Warner, Jr., 81 of Boalsburg died April 18, 2015 at Hearthside Nursing and Rehabilitation in State College.

Born May 4, 1933 in Lemont he was a son of the late Clifford R. Sr. and Susan G. (Borden) Warner.

On September 29, 1951, in State College he married Carol “Ann” Williams, who survives.

Clifford was an illustrator and graphic artist for the Council of Governments prior to his retirement. He was a two term Supervisor for Harris Township and a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity for many years.

In addition to his wife Ann, he is survived by three sons, William R. (Aileen) Warner of Pleasant Gap, Michael D. (Lori) Warner of Royersford, PA and James A. (Roberta) Warner of Spring Mills; two daughters, Trudi C. (Peter) Blair and Beth S. Warner-Eastman (Greg Smith) both of Virginia; one sister, Delores (Calvin) Williams of Lemont; 12 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a son John D. Warner.

Visitation will be 10-10:30, Thursday, April 23, 2015 at Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Services, 1034 Benner Pike, State College. A memorial service will follow at 10:30 in the funeral home with the Reverend Paul D. Mortimer officiating. Inurnment will be in Centre County Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Clifford’s name may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1375 Martin Street, Suite 206, State College, PA 16803.
