Dorothy Pauline Rimmey, 92, of Millheim passed away on Wedensday, June 3, 2015 at the Evangelical Community Hospital in Lewisburg.
Born September 26, 1922, in Potter twp., she was the daughter of the late Elmer Jacob and Maude Catherine (Homer) Dashem.
On February 24, 1945, she was married to Robert R. Rimmey, who preceded her in death on December 27, 2010.
Mrs. Rimmey was a proud homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, Beverly J. Confer (Eugene) of Spring Mills; two sons, Lynn R. Rimmey (Clara M.) of Aaronsburg and Barry L. Rimmey (Deb) of Leavensworth, KS; one daughter-in-law, Audrey Rimmey; one sister Jean Keene; two step-sister, Norma Reed, and Naomi Dashem; two step-brothers, Paul Dashem and Donald Boller, two brother in laws, Paul Walker and Stanley Meyer; eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Eugene L. Rimmey; five sisters, Margaret Young, (Richard), Beatrice Rimmey (David), Geraldine Meyer, Joanne Walker, and Phyllis (William); three brothers, Floyd Dashem (Marion), Bruce Dashem (Ruth), and Dean Dashem (Cynthia).
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will take place at the Reformed and Lutheran Cemetery in Tusseyville.
