Faye E. Peters, 79 of Mill Hall, passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2013 in Bellefonte. She was born February 11, 1934 the daughter of the William Clair and the late Francis Dorman.
Faye was married to the late Richard C. Peters for 52 years.
Faye and Richard had three children including a son, Jeffery Peters and daughter-in-law Margaret Vance of State College; and a daughter Lissa Peters Williams of Bellefonte. She is also survived by her gandson, Jack Harold Dorman of Mill Hall. She is preceded in death by her brother Clair Leroy Dorman. Family meant everything to Faye. She was an active member of The Church of Christ in Blanchard and was known for her good sense of humor and kindness towards others.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the nurses and other healthcare professionals of the Station Court wing of Centre Crest Nursing Home for the cre, love and compassion they have consistently displayed.
Donations in Faye's memory can be made to the dementia special needs unit – Station Court Fund – Centre Crest, Bellefonte. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 19, 2013 at the Blanchard Church of Christ with the Rev. Dr. Russel Moldovan officiating. Burial will be at the Christian Cemetery in Blanchard.
