Harold W. Clouser, 86, of Belleville, formerly of Axemann, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill. Born on February 2, 1931 in Stormstown, PA, he was the son of the late LeRoy Watson and Emma Elmira (Ott) Clouser. On July 11, 1954, he married his beloved wife, Molly J. Frazier who survives him at home.

He was a 1948 graduate of State College High School. Harold served in the United States Navy from 1955-1957 on the USS Alderbaran and received an honorable discharge. He worked as a dairyman until retirement.

Harold is survived by two sons, Faron (Michele) Clouser of Mechanicsburg and Todd (Susan) Clouser and their children of Bellefonte; two granddaughters, Melissa Clouser Missett (Richard) of Boston, and Kaitlyn Clouser of Boston. Also surviving are four siblings, Beulah Houser, Verna Hartman, Ronald and Paul Clouser.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded by one son, Greg Clouser; six siblings, Stanley, Harry, Clarence, Shirley Yingling, Donald and Clyde.

He was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church of Bellefonte and attended Watts Church in Belleville. He enjoyed aviation and liked to build model airplanes and enjoyed gardening. He also enjoyed attending his granddaughters’ activities.

There will be a public viewing on Friday, January 19, 2018 from 11-12noon at Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc. at 206 N Spring Street Bellefonte. Funeral services will be held at 12pm at the funeral home with Pastor Doug Pierce officiating and assisted by Pastor Bob Dornan. Burial with full military honors will be held Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 11am at Centre County Memorial Park in State College.
