Obituary of Jane K. Beaver, 92

Jane K. Beaver, 92, of Bellefonte, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009 at the Oaks in Pleasant Gap.

Born on March 5, 1917 in Snow Shoe, she was the daughter of the late W. Grant and Jane Malone Kessling. She is survived by one son, James A. Beaver Jr., and his wife Sharon, and one granddaughter, Jessica Beaver.

On Sept. 20, 1943, in Bellefonte, she married James A. Beaver, who passed away in Cleveland, Ohio on Jan. 27, 1984. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Bellefonte, where she served as an elder and Sunday school teacher.

Friends will be received on Monday, Aug. 17, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., the time of the service at Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc. in Bellefonte. A memorial service will be held on Monday, Aug. 17, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Douglas S. Elder officiating. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family in Union Cemetery, Bellefonte.
