Obituary of Nancy Fitzgerald, 85

Nancy R. Fitzgerald, 85, of Bellefonte passed away on Monday, November 25, 2013 at Centre Crest. She was born on May 1, 1928 in Tyrone, a daughter of the late Leo J. and Florence B. Lucas Fitzgerald.

She worked at Murata Erie and also at Kids Court. Nancy enjoyed crocheting, knitting, traveling, and flowers. She loved her nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd in Bellefonte. She loved her church and worshipping the Lord.

She is survived by one brother, Kenneth J. (Judy) Fitzgerald of Bellefonte. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Raymond “Bubby” Fitzgerald and one siser, Leonore J. Shirk.

Services will be held at the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, 201 Spring St., Milesburg, Pa. on Friday, November 29, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Frank Skies officiating. Family and friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday, November 29, 2013 from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. the time of the service. Burial will be in the Advent Cemetery, Boggs Twp., Centre Co.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Church of the Good Shepherd, 402 Willowbank St., Bellefonte, Pa. 16823 in memory of Nancy R. Fitzgerald. Arrangements are under the direction of the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, 201 Spring St., Milesburg, Pa.
