Penn State Football: Michigan Ticket Most Expensive Ever, Single Game Tickets Go On Sale Tuesday

no description

Penn State football public single-game ticket sale will begin on Tuesday, July 2 at 10 a.m. and it could cost you a nice chunk of change for the best seats in the house.

Seating near the 50-yard line for Penn State’s meeting with Michigan beings at $240 a ticket, the most expensive face-value ticket in Beaver Stadium history, a slight increase of last year’s Ohio State game ticket, the lowest face-value ticket for this season’s Michigan game is $120.

Variable pricing for single-game tickets will be used again this year with single game tickets starting at just $40 per person. To purchase tickets, fans can visitwww.ticketmaster.com, call 1-800-NITTANY (weekdays from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.) or visit the Bryce Jordan Center ticket office weekdays from 9 a.m-4:30 p.m.

According to Penn State, due to overwhelming demand in season tickets and Nittany Lion Club pre-sale, there are limited tickets available for the Pittsburgh game and only single seats are available for the Michigan contest.

Advance parking for each home game can be purchased as part of the July 2 ticket sale as well. General parking purchased in advance is $25 per car, while paying to park on game day when arriving to the general lots will cost $60. Fans are encouraged to purchase parking passes in advance to not only realize the savings, but to assist in smoother traffic and parking operations by displaying the pass as they approach roads to stadium parking. Fans can purchase up to three advance single-game parking passes per account, per game.

The Overnight RV lot is sold out for the season. Fans who do not have an RV permit for stadium lots will be directed to park at the Grange Fairgrounds. The GPS address for the Grange Fairgrounds is 149 Homan Lane, Centre Hall, PA 16828. Shuttle services are available to and from Beaver Stadium.

While individual ticket prices in the secondary market are difficult to predict, fans hoping to lock up some tickets this summer instead of in-season can expect similar prices as the past three years, listed below.
