Police, firefighters and members of the Penn State Bomb Squad rushed to a home in the 3300 block of College Avenue, near the Nittany Mall, after blasting caps were discovered inside a shed. Emergency crews arrived just after 10:30 a.m. The all-clear was sounded about four hours later.
