LMH Physical Therapy Institute recently opened its third clinic in Centre County and 19th in Pennsylvania.
The outpatient clinic at 174 Buckaroo Lane, Bellefonte, in the Weis Markets Plaza, offers one-on-one care for individuals recovering from surgery, injury, chronic pain or neurological conditions.
Clinic leader Jesse Friend and Grace Good, both doctors of physical therapy, “utilize the latest evidence-based treatment techniques to help community members achieve their functional goals and return to the activities they enjoy,” according to a news release.
Offering care for patients of all ages, the Bellefonte clinic’s services include orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation; sports and pediatric physical therapy; vestibular and post-concussive recovery; neurological and geriatric therapy; work injury and auto accident rehabilitation; and blood flow restriction and TMJ therapy
“We don’t just guide recovery—we walk beside our patients every step of the way,” Friend said in a statement. “This is about helping people live fully and confidently again.”

The clinic accepts most major insurances and works to schedule appointments within 24 hours. To schedule an appointment, call (814) 374-5549. Office hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday.
After opening on July 30, it joined the clinics at 1952 Waddle Road, State College, and 2836 Earlystown Road, Centre Hall, as LMH’s third in Centre County.
