Members of the State College Elks Lodge’s Drug Awareness Committee continue to provide outreach to the State College and Penns Valley communities through public school-related programs. Drug Awareness Committee members recently participated in a health fair at Park Forest Middle School, during which they distributed drug and alcohol awareness materials to the nearly 800 students involved with the event.
