Hayley Barton, a diagnostic medical sonography student at South Hills School of Business & Technology’s State College campus, was awarded the Anne Jones Scholarship by the Society for Vascular Ultrasound. First awarded in 2006, the Anne Jones Scholarship honors the numerous contributions made to SVU and the vascular technology profession by Anne Jones, RN, BSN RVT RDMS FSVU. HBarton, of Renovo, is currently fulfilling her internship requirements at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre and will graduate from the DMS program in June 2019.
