Authorities Arrest State College Woman in Ongoing Heroin Investigation

Attorney General Kathleen Kane announced Friday the arrest of a State College woman and Harrisburg man as part of an ongoing investigation into a heroin ring in Central Pennsylvania.

Investigators charged Tiffany Ingram, 33, of State College and Landare Hines, 37, of Harrisburg, after executing a search warrant at Ingram’s home.

During the search, investigators reportedly recovered 71 bags of suspected heroin packaged for delivery and 11 grams of suspected heroin not yet packaged for delivery, with a street value of $12,420. Police also seized roughly $1,600 in cash.

Authorities charged Ingram with one count of possession with intent to deliver heroin, three counts of criminal conspiracy possession with intent to deliver heroin, one count of possession of heroin and one count of possession drug paraphernalia.

Police charged Hines with one count of possession with intent to deliver heroin, three counts of criminal conspiracy possession with intent to deliver heroin, one count of possession of heroin, one count of possession drug paraphernalia, and one count of possession of marijuana.

Centre County District Attorney Stacy Parks Miller will prosecute the defendants.

Authorities say the investigation into the distribution of heroin is ongoing and additional charges will be forthcoming.

Agencies assisting the Attorney General’s office with the investigation included, the Centre County District Attorney’s Office, State College Borough Police Department, Patton Township Police Department and Ferguson Township Police Department.
