The 53rd annual Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts is in full swing, and whether your in town or thousands of miles away, you can look in on some of the action with StateCollege.com’s Arts Fest webcam.
Stationed above the intersection of South Allen Street and Foster Avenue, the live stream offers a bird’s-eye view of one corner of the festival, where the street painting exhibition is taking place through Sunday.
