First-Ever 4th Fest Parade to Impact Traffic

Road closures and parking restrictions for the first-ever 4th Fest parade will affect traffic for part of Wednesday afternoon, State College police announced.

From 2-3:30 p.m., westbound traffic on East College Avenue will be detoured to University Drive. Other delays and parking restrictions will be in effect as well.

The parade, set for 2 p.m., begins on South Allen Street near the municipal building and travels to College Avenue, Shortlidge Road, Pollock Road, Bigler Road and ends near the Lewis Katz Building adjacent to the Arboretum on Park Avenue.
