A former Keystone Central School District teacher being sought by police in Clinton County for the alleged rape of a student there in 2018 was also, until earlier this year, a youth soccer coach in the State College area.
Lock Haven police on Friday issued an arrest warrant for 27-year-old Cole Gregory Black, who taught at Bucktail High School and Central Mountain Middle School and was girls soccer coach at Central Mountain High School.
Black also was a staff coach for Penn United Soccer Academy, a youth soccer club based in Lemont. PUSA director of coaching Danny Orton said in an email that Black has not worked for the organization since May 24. According to an online resume, Black began coaching for PUSA in 2015.
Black is charged with felony counts of rape, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, sexual contact with a student and corruption of minors, as well as misdemeanor counts of corruption of minors and indecent assault.
Anyone with information about Black’s location is asked to contact Lock Haven police through the Clinton County Communication Center at 570-748-2936.
