You might not know Chris Maney, but he’s an important person in your life if you drive on state roads in Centre County during the winter.
He is PennDOT’s Centre County maintenance manager and is in charge of ensuring that roads stay as safe as possible when winter weather strikes. That requires both short-term and long-term planning.
