Patton Township Police announced yesterday that, on the advice of Centre County District Attorney Michael Madiera and Centre County Juvenile Probation, charges of Robbery, Conspiracy to commit Robbery, Theft and Receiving Stolen property were filed against juvenile Donald Curtis Rockey. Rockey was the previously unnamed juvenile involved in the robbery of CiCi’s Pizza on Saturday, November 11.
All of these charges are felony offenses.
The same charges were filed against 18-year-old adult co-defendent Jason Bowersox on November 11. Bowersox was arraigned in front of Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Grine and remanded to the Centre County Correction Facility on $100,000 straight bail.
After initially being sent to the Centre County Juvenile Detention Facility, Rockey was taken from their custody after a warrant was obtained. He was arraigned on the charges in front of Magisterial District Judge Ronald Horner and placed in the Centre County Correctional Facility in lieu of $35,000 straight bail.
