About a day after rainbows dazzled Centre Region residents, John Mark Rafacz spotted even more colorful stunners aloft in Ferguson Township.
Rafacz, editorial manager for Penn State’s Center for the Performing Arts, captured these brilliant images Monday evening along Nixon Road in the Pine Grove Mills area. He has shared them here with StateCollege.com.
