According to the official Bowl Championship Series (BCS) Web site, over the past four years, two of Penn State\’s bowl games have ranked in the Top 10 for TV ratings, at seventh and eighth. In fact, not including BCS championship games, Penn State has the third- and fourth-rated BCS games since 2005-06.
