Penn State men’s basketball will travel to Clemson for the 2022 ACC/Big Ten Men’s Basketball Challenge on Tuesday, Nov. 29, as matchups for the 24th-annual challenge were announced Friday morning.
Game times and TV designations are set to be announced at a later date. All 14 games for the cross-conference challenge will air on ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPNU.
For Penn State, the game will mark the first time since 2005 and the fourth time in program history that the Nittany Lions have faced Clemson. Penn State is 11-10 all-time in ACC/B1G Men’s Basketball Challenge matchups, including three wins in the last four Challenge games. The Big Ten has won the challenge in each of the last three seasons after the two conferences split 7-7 in 2018.
The Nittany Lions are entering their second year under new head coach Micah Shrewsberry.
