Penn State Police said they received a report from a student of forcible rape and sexual assault that occurred on Dec. 1.
According to police, a student reported at 5:17 p.m. Wednesday he or she had been sexually assaulted sometime between 3:30 and 6:30 a.m. on Dec. 1 in an East Halls residence.
Police said the suspect is known to the victim.
Police did not release any identifying details on either individual pending investigation.
According to the police log, offenses from the incident include forcible rape, aggravated indecent assault, sexual assault and indecent assault.
