Ferguson Township police are investigating after a dead body was found on Saturday in a community park.
The 47-year-old was discovered in a wooded area near Haymarket Park on Bristol Avenue, police wrote in a new release.
“There is no [imminent] danger to the general public,” police wrote.
The name of the person and cause of death have not yet been made available.
Police are continuing to investigate, and anyone who may have information is asked to call the non-emergency line at 1-800-479-0050.
