Sleet and freezing rain are expected Wednesday morning in the State College area.
The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for 4 a.m. to 10 a.m. Wednesday in the State College area, according to AccuWeather.com. The advisory specifically targets those areas along and north of Interstate 80.
Sleet, freezing rain and minor snow accumulations all are likely, the advisory notes. Roads may be slippery, forecasters warned.
