State College borough has relaxed parking rules through Jan. 9 for the holiday season.
Until 2 a.m. Jan. 10, the borough will not enforce the 2 a.m.-to-6 a.m. parking ban on many residential streets, according to an announcement. The ban on lawn parking will continue to be enforced, though.
In addition, the borough reported, one-hour-parking limits in commuter zones will be enforced. And if significant snow or ice is expected, street parking will not be allowed.
Other standard parking rules will remain in effect, including bans on parking in crosswalks, on sidewalks and in intersections.
