State College police received a call on Friday reporting that a group of females got an unwelcome surprise.
Officers responded to the 200-block of South Fraser Street at about 3:10 p.m. after a report of an indecent exposure.
‘The female victims reported being approached by a white male wearing a blue PSU jacket, grey pants, dark shoes and carrying a red backpack,’ police said in a press release. ‘The male exposed himself to the victims and then walked eastbound on Beaver Avenue.’
