Traffic will be limited on part of South Atherton Street on Thursday as State College crews fix a manhole, the borough announced.
One lane of traffic will be closed between East Branch Road and University Drive, according to the announcement. The work is scheduled to take place from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
