Penn State’s international influence continues to grow.

On Sunday, the Nittany Lions signed Croatian forward Roko Prkačin and French forward François Wibaut, according to a report by Jonathan Givony on X. Wibaut shared the report on his Instagram story, seemingly confirming the signings. It’s unclear how many seasons of eligibility they have.

According to the report, Penn State will also bring back forward Ivan Jurić, who started for most of the 2025-26 season, averaging 10.2 points and 5.3 rebounds as a true freshman. He was the team’s biggest threat in the paint and led the group in rebounding, making him a key retention piece heading into next season.

Prkačin is 23 years old and has played for the Croatian national team. Most recently, he played professionally for Nanterre, which finished in second place in the French league LNB Élite, Prkačin was an effective role player, averaging 6.2 points and 4.7 rebounds per game.

Wibaut, a 21-year-old, started for Pau Orthez, which is also in the LNB Élite league but particiapted at the Pro-B level, the second-tier division. He averaged 8.6 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.7 assists per contest.

Along with that trio, Penn State’s roster includes forwards Tibor Mirtič and Saša Ciani from Slovenia.

Last season, the Nittany Lions had 13 players on the roster but lost Josh Reed to graduation and Melih Tunca and Freddie Dilione V to the transfer portal, leaving 10 returning players. Penn State signed one freshman, Jamison White, and now has two more players, bringing the total back to 13 out of 15 maximum roster spots.
