Three-star Maryland cornerback Amauri Polydor has committed to Penn State football’s 2026 recruiting class, he announced Friday night.

The 6-foot-1, 170 pound prospect from Baltimore’s Saint Frances Academy is rated the No. 22 player in Maryland and the No. 88 cornerback in the nation, per 247 Sports Composite Rankings.

He chose Penn State over offers from Michigan State, South Carolina, Indiana, Maryland, Syracuse, West Virginia and Virginia Tech.

Polydor, who is visiting Penn State this weekend, is the 19th commitment to Nittany Lions’ 2026 recruiting class, which is ranked No. 5 in the country by 247. He is the third cornerback to commit to the Nittany Lions this cycle, joining Julian Peterson and Jaziel art, both three-star recruits.
