TAMPA, Fla. — A day after his team completed his 45th season, Penn State coach Joe Paterno admitted that he second-guessed not getting his backup quarterback some more playing time, both in the Nittany Lions’ 37-24 loss to Florida in the Outback Bowl and during the second half of the season.
