Charles Harris, 89, of Akron, passed away on April 11, 2026.
He was born on April 4, 1937, in Philipsburg, a son of the late Joseph and Sarah Harris.
Charles worked as an Assembly Line Worker for Ford Motors Company in Walton Hills, Ohio retiring after 33 years.
He was married on August 12, 1959, to the former Donna Mae Dickinson. Three daughters were born to this union: Penny, Sherry, and Patty.
Charles enjoyed listening to country music and working in his yard. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
Charles is survived by his three loving daughters: Penny (Steve) Smith, Sherry (Ralph) Shelton and Patty (Ronnie) Henline; grandchildren, Stephanie (Jay), Ashley (Zach), Bryan, Brandon (Lydia), Stacey (Joe), and Brad (Abby); and great-grand daughters, Willow and Sophie.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna; parents; and siblings: Joseph, Jr., Aliene, Betsy and Harold.
A graveside service will be held at Stoneville Cemetery, RD Clearfield, on Friday, April 17, 2026, at 1 pm, with Rev. Timothy Richmond, officiating.
