Dennis L. “Denny” Roberts

Dennis L. “Denny” Roberts, 69, of Houtzdale, formerly of Snow Shoe and Clarence, passed away on Monday, December 7, 2020 at his home. Born on September 9, 1951, in Snow Shoe, he was the son of the late Robert H. and Pearl L. (Hipple) Roberts. On June 8, 1975, in State College, he married Maureen A. “Mickey” Myers, who survives at home.

Denny was of the Methodist faith. He was the Parts Superintendent for HRI, retiring after 38 years of service.
Denny enjoyed hunting in his younger years. He was an avid pool player. His favorite pastime was being with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Denny is survived by his wife, Mickey; one daughter, Colleen A. Flipse and her husband, Douglas, of Boalsburg; two brothers: Bill Roberts and his wife, Deb, of Pensacola, FL and Barry Roberts of Panama City, FL, and one sister, Cathleen Selig and her husband, Bob, of Goshen, IN. 

Also surviving are four grandchildren: Jon-Paul, Frank, Amber, and Ethan, three step great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Due to the current pandemic, there will be no services at this time.
