Harold “Chuck” Charles Neff, 65, of Port Matilda, passed away on November 15, 2023. He was the son of the late Harold E. and Nancy (Werner) Neff. He was married to his beloved wife of 27 years, Cynthia L. (Silks) Neff.
In addition to his wife, Cynthia, he is survived by his two daughters, Marie Florian (Danilo) and Elizabeth Neff, both of State College, and two grandchildren. Also surviving is a brother, Michael Neff (Kristina) and two sisters, Patricia Neff Nellis (Kevin) and Caroline Neff Cook (William).
