Lori Ann Chamberlin, 63, of Pleasant Gap, passed away on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Hershey Medical Center. Born on February 10, 1963, in State College, she was the daughter of the late Charles William Chamberlin and Nancy Jean Henry.
Lori spent many years working at Foxdale Village, where she forged numerous lasting relationships with her co-workers and residents alike. Her work family became her second family.
Lori was a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her three children Jolene Haines, Robert Haines III, and Glenn Haines (Brittney Shaw), 11 grandchildren, Jordan Smith (Morgan), Bryan Smith, Parker Smith, Hunter Smith, Riah Smith, Carter Smith, Aden Haines, Marlene Haines, Wyat Haines, Abel Haines, Chrysler Markle, and one great grandchild, Jackson Smith. Also surviving is a brother, Charles Chamberlin, Jr. of Spring Mills, and a sister, Susan Marroquin of Aaronsburg.
Lori loved going to the beach. She cherished her beloved dogs Raven and Ruger. More than anything, she treasured the time that she spent with her family, her children, grandchildren, and great grandchild brought her the most joy throughout her life.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, February 18, 2025, from 1:00 – 2:00 PM, at Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc., 206 N. Spring Street Bellefonte. A memorial service will begin at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Doug Conway officiating. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
