Harold Wells “Hal” Willits, 84, of State College died May 15, 2014 at Mt. Nittany Medical Center,
Born February 12, 1930, in Williamsport he was a son of the late Benjamin Franklin and Margaret A. (Wells) Willits.
He married the former Fern “Bunny” Kaley, who survives at home.
Hal was a Marine Corps veteran serving during the Korean War and a retiree of Penn Tapp (a division of Penn State) where he was a technical librarian.
In addition to his wife he is survived by one daughter, Wendy Willits Woelk (Ryall “Tracy”); one son, Kendrick B. Willits and two grandchildren, Jason Ryall Woelk and Kayleigh Jo Woelk.
All services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Centre County Memorial Park.
