Isabel B. Clark passed away Saturday, August 6, 2016 at the Centre Crest Nursing Home in Bellefonte. She was born on September 9, 1922 in Laurel Run, Isabel was the eleventh of twelve children born to Tacie Scantlin Myers & Hiram Myers.

She attended the Laurel Run School and graduated from the Lock Haven High School in June 1939. After high school, she worked at Piper Aircraft and Sylvania. She returned to work at Piper and continued working there in the payroll dept. until her retirement in the early eighties.

In November of 1945 Isabel married Frederick B. Clark. They resided in Blanchard until Fred's passing in December of 1988. At that time Isabel moved to Howard to be near her daughter and family. She resided in Howard until becoming a resident of Eagle Valley Personal Care Home and currently Centre Crest.

Isabel was a former member of the Howard Area Civic Club and the Beech Creek-Blanchard Senior Cheer Club adn had attended the Blanchard Church of Christ. After retirement, she enjoyed many years of Friday luncheons with her friends, the “Piper Girls, ” former Piper office employees.

She enjoyed reading, embroidery, taking care of her home, and the many bus trips she took with friends up unitl her 90's. She adored her three grandsons and their children.

Isabel is survived by her daughter Jeanne Wolf and her husband Kline “Skip” Wolf of Howard and her three grandsons and their families; Kip and Alta Wolf and step-granddaughter Ashlee Kochik and husband Brian; Joshua and Veronica Wolf and grandchildren Joulia, Alexander, and Nadia; Matthew and Shannon Wolf and grandchildren Kane and Jackson, and step-granddaughter Ariel Hendrick. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Mrs. Ruth (Thomas) Myers, numerious nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her eleven brothers and sisters; Clyde, Ray, Malcolm, and Thomas Myers, Olive and Ruby Myers, Helen Loy, Leotta Hench, Stella Sauter, Mabel Poorman, Erma Lisk, a niece and several nephews.

Isabel's family thanks the staff of Eagle Valley Personal Care Home and Centre Crest for the Kind and compassionate care given to Isabel during her stay at these facilities.

Services will be priavate at the convenience of the family with the burial at the Schenck's Cemtery in Howard Twp. Memorial contributions may be made in Isabel's name to the Piper Aviation Museum, One Piper Way, Lock Haven, Pa. 17745.
