Born September 19, 1937 in Bellefonte, she was the daughter of Louise O. Green and Howard O'Donnell. On April 11, 1959, she married Philip H. Sieg in Bellefonte and recently celebrated 54 wonderful years of marriage.

In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by three adoring sons and their families: W. Judy was a 1955 graduate of Bellefonte High School and a 1959 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, where she majored in Journalism and was a member of the Kappa Delta sorority.

Judy was devoted to and loved by her family and friends. While her primary passion was raising her family, she was an active community volunteer with a special interest in the arts. She was a founding member of the Pennsylvania State University Museum (The Palmer), a board member of the Paterno Library, and, recently, was actively involved in the Bellefonte Art Museum for Centre County.

Judy was an avid reader and enjoyed playing bridge with close friends; she was also an enthusiastic traveler and a lover of dogs. In addition, she was a generous philanthropist, and was instrumental in the creation of the Sieg Neuroscience Center of the Mount Nittany Medical Center.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Bellefonte Art Museum for Centre County, P.O. Box 125, 133 N. Allegheny Street, Bellefonte, PA 16823.
