Kathleen Jones, 63, of Bellefonte, passed away Saturday, Dec. 11, 2010, at her home.
Born on Jan. 11, 1947, in Munhall, she was a daughter of the late Alfred Jones Sr. and Mary Flynn Jones, who survives in Bellefonte. She was a graduate of Munhall Area High School and the Pennsylvania State University. Kathleen was a retired abstractor and former owner of Our Favorite Things. She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Bellefonte.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a sister, Susan Christy, of Bellefonte; and two brothers, Alfred Jones Jr., of State College and David F. Jones, of Northfield, N.J.
Friends will be received from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010, at St. John's Episcopal Church in Bellefonte. Funeral services will held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010, at the church, with the Rev. Christopher Pyles officiating. Memorial contributions in her honor may be made to St. John's Episcopal Church, 120 W. Lamb St., Bellefonte, PA 16823 or to Centre Volunteers in Medicine, 2520 Green Tech Drive, State College, PA 16801. Arrangements are under the direction of the Wetzler Funeral Service Inc. in Bellefonte.
