Paul L. Watkins, 70, of rural Howard, died Monday, November 11, 2013, at Mount Nittany Medical Center, College Township.
Born in Marion Township on January 19, 1943, Paul was the son of the late George and Mary Ellen Garret Watkins. On April 17, 2003, he married the former Peggi A. Littleton, who survives at home. He was a laborer at Graymont. He loved to hunt and fish. He was of the Protestant Faith.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Leila Watkins, at home; one son, Namon Watkins, also at home; one brother, Roy Watkins, of Kingston; one granddaughter, Sara Wetzel; and one great granddaughter, Michelle Emmil. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Michele Snare; six brothers; and two sisters.
Services will be held on Friday, November 15, 2013, at 1:30 p.m. at Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, 201 Spring St., Milesburg, with Pastor Melody Weston officiating. Family and friends will be received Friday, November 15, 2013, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, Milesburg.
