Rita Eileen Watson, 60 of Howard, passed away Thursday, June 10, 2010 at her home. She was born in Lock Haven on June 10, 1951, a daughter of the late Charles E. McAuley and Lorraine Eaton AcAuley of Howard.
Rita had worked at Woolrich Inc. in Howard. She was a member of the Howard United Methodist Church. She enjoyed latchhook and ceramics as hobbies.
She is survived by a daughter; Jennifer Styers (Gary) of Howard, two sons; James Watson III of Rolling Spring and Jason Watson of Beech Creek, one sister; Kathryn N. Lomison (Keith) of Howard, three brothers; Richard E. Watson, Robert L.(Kathy) Watson and Glenn E. (Molly) McAuley all of Howard, and six grandchildren, Jessica and Jocelyn Stylers, Carissa, Caitlyn and Cirstin Watson, and Jordan Watson.
Funeral services will be Sunday, June 13, 2010 at 4 p.m. at the Kader-Neff Funeral Home, 135 W. Main Street, Howard, Pa. with the Pastor Craig Rose officiating. Visitation will be from 2 – 4 p.m. Burial will be at the Schencks Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
