Sophia Grace Jackson, of Howard, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at the Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College. Born on May 6, 2018 in State College, she was the daughter of Mindy S. Jackson of Howard.
Sophia is survived by her mother, Mindy and her companion, Richard Heverly of Howard, maternal grandparents, Kevin and LeeAnn Jackson of Mansfield, maternal great grandparents, Gene and Joan Jackson of Mansfield, and an uncle, Jeremy Jackson also of Mansfield. Also surviving are numerous great aunts and great uncles and cousins.
Sophia was preceded in death by her great grandmother, Alice Packer.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 from 10-11am at the Kader-Neff Funeral Home in Howard. Burial will be private at Schenck’s Cemetery in Howard.
