Richard L. Cain, 81, of Bellefonte passed away at Wynwood House on Monday, December 21, 2020. Richard was born in Bellefonte on January 14, 1939 the son of the late George and Meariam Tressler Cain.
He was married to Pauline Rider Cain who preceded him in death. He is survived by his sons, Kevin S. (Bonnie) Cain of Bellefonte and Jeff (Crista) Cain of Snow Shoe; his brother, Dennis Cain of Lititz and his 6 grandchildren, Scottey A. (Cari) Englert, Angel D. (Shannon) Shay, Kimberly L.(Terry) Miller, Michael B.(Jennifer) Englert, Michael C. Noll and Sean J. Cain; 28 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Along with his parents and his wife he was preceded in death by his brothers, Ronald Cain and Jerry Cain.
He was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Bellefonte. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a self employed mail carrier. He served his country in the National Guard.
Graveside services will be held at Centre County Memorial Park on Monday, December 28, 2020 at 11:00 AM. with Pastor James D. Conway officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc., 201 Spring St., Milesburg.
